A vibrant and aromatic Gesha from Buesaco, Nariño, produced by Huver Castillo. Handpicked Gesha cherries undergo 20h of pre-fermentation, followed by 210h of anaerobic fermentation with beer hops and sugarcane juice. The coffee is then sun-dried for 10–20 days and stabilized for 30 days in GrainPro bags.
